LIttle Bits and Pieces

Focus is more on the restaurant these days, but every once in a while we get the chance to do a little bit here or there.  We now have a small garden in our master bathroom.

Almost done

Francisco started tiling the shower today. The man is amazing.


I'm glad we decided to go with the marble instead of the plain white subway tile. I like the extra warmth the color variations give.

I want a modern bath but not a sterile one.

And you can kinda see the vanity

Oh, and by the way

I poured my first actual cement. I've done "cement jobs" professionally of course, but never gotten my hands (and face and arms and legs and EVERYTHING) dirty in the process before.
